The United States blew through global records on Monday with more than 1 million diagnosed cases of coronavirus.
The sad news is almost twice as high as the record in the United States of 590,000.000 set just 4 days ago. Bloomberg News reported.
According to the data of Johns Hopkins University, nearly 1 100 Americans have become infected within the past week.
It’s not only the cases that are rising. Children are increasingly being hospitalized with COVID-19, NBC News reported.
According NBC News, at the very least nine states have reported record amounts of children being treated for COVID-19: Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maine, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C.
