Coronavirus: Spain recorded his daily report the lowest in five weeks

410 new deaths have been reported in the past 24 hours.

Spanish medical authorities announced on Sunday that they had the lowest daily death toll from coronavirus in 5 weeks.

In a statement released to the public, the Spanish Ministry of Health said that 410 new deaths and 4,218 new infections have been reported in the past 24 hours.

The new assessment of the new coronavirus in Spain now reports 195,944 contaminations, 20,543 deaths, while 77,357 patients have recovered after contracting the virus.

The coronavirus, officially known as Covid-19, has spread to 202 countries and infected more than 2,345,000 people worldwide, of whom more than 161,000 have died while more than 604,000 have died recovered from contamination.

The spread of Coronavirus led to the suspension of religious activities, the temporary cessation of classes in most countries, as well as the postponement or cancellation of numerous sporting, political and economic events around the world and the closure of borders in order to contain the disease.
